Established during 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes began as a family company in the Northern Italy's biggest industrial location. Throughout the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in the metal structural sector and welded construction industries. FMgru was involved in building bridges for roads, pylons to convey electricity, different kinds of presses, forklifts, farming equipments and prefabrication molds.
The company began crane production during 1963. Over time, the company pooled all of its resources into this one activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest level of specialization in the area of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru now produces and sells 4 different series of tower cranes. These machinery are engineered and designed for a variety of uses and there are units available to cover all construction needs.
Some units provide really flexible lifting options for businesses which are constructing private houses and small buildings. Self-erecting cranes offer 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Topless tower cranes are among their other models. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are both user friendly and really adaptable. They are suitable for minimizing interferences when there are many cranes working in the same building location.
Saddle-jib tower cranes have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg and a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. There are regular tower cranes that have no over sail restriction and are suitable for any construction or building project.
The Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes have 50 meter jibs and are outfitted with 12000 kg capacity. These kinds of cranes are particularly designed to work in tight sites and on high-rise projects where buildings are found near each other.
