Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production ever since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers much more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer different optional attachments and these telehandlers can really help you accomplish all your requirements, while being efficient and safe at the worksite. If both precision and accuracy are really vital, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
To be able to make rough terrain forklifts as functional as possible, many attachments have been designed and made like booms, winches, and rotating fork carriages, to enable the forklift to place materials more precisely. The booms or articulating booms come with 2 different extendible arms and can reach up and over structures in order to position loads on interior roof slope settings or in the center of upper floors. New attachments and products are being developed and designed all the time and will be available in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, several improvements have been made. Like for example, load-reach management devices are able to restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized in order to determine the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory would compare the boom's extension and the angle of the boom with the safety limits. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device which prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
